In a really close semifinal, Fenerbahce proved that it could finish it the right way. With three minutes to go, the score was tied at 63 but in the end the team of coach Obradovic prevailed over Karsiyaka (74-69).
It was a huge come back for the winners, who trailed by 12 points (40-28) in the first half. Andrew Goudelock with 15 points was the top scorer of the winners, however Emir Preldzic with 10 points and 10 assists was the leader of the team and Luca Zoric scored four of his six crucial points in the closing seconds. Bobby Dixon with 11 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds did his best for Karsiyaka, which won the cup last year, but it will not have the chance to defend its trophy.
